Welcome to the ISMS App, a product of Premium ESOWP Limited, designed to enhance school management and financial operations through a digital wallet system. By registering, accessing, or using this app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Definitions

• “We,” “Us,” “Our” refer to Premium ESOWP Limited, the developer and operator of the ISMS App.
• “App” refers to the ISMS mobile or web application.
• “User” means any student, parent, guardian, or school representative registered on the platform.
• “Wallet” refers to the digital account within the ISMS App used to store, send, and withdraw funds.
• “Card” refers to the physical or digital card linked to the wallet, which may also serve as a school identification card.

2. Eligibility

The ISMS App is accessible to authorized students, parents/guardians, and school staff. Users under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian’s supervision and consent.

3. Wallet Funding and Transactions

• Users can fund their wallet through approved payment gateways such as bank transfers, debit cards, or any method integrated by Premium ESOWP Limited.
• Students can make payments or withdrawals via their linked card at designated school or partner terminals.
• All transactions are considered final once processed. The company shall not be liable for losses resulting from user error or negligence.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity may lead to account suspension or termination.

4. Account Responsibility

• Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Parents and guardians retain monitoring rights over their child’s wallet transactions, academic reports, and performance data.
• Unauthorized sharing of account credentials or impersonation of another user is strictly prohibited.

5. Academic Access

Parents and guardians can view their child’s results, attendance, and other academic records through the ISMS App. Access is limited to authorized accounts linked to the student’s profile.

6. Fees and Charges

Certain services may attract transaction or administrative fees. Such fees will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

7. Restrictions

• Users must not use the ISMS App for unlawful activities.
• Attempt to hack, alter, or disrupt the system.
• Upload false, misleading, or defamatory information.
• Misuse the wallet or ID card for unauthorized purposes.

8. Data and Privacy

All personal and financial data are collected, processed, and stored in compliance with our Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.

9. Limitation of Liability

Premium ESOWP Limited will not be held liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from user negligence.
• Interruptions due to internet failure or service downtime.
• Third-party system errors beyond our control.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Updates to Terms

Premium ESOWP Limited may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
